I feel like I can't relate to people's "normal" problems anymore

I can’t focus on anything when I’m waiting for my test results and I feel like no one really gets that anxiety

I'm not sure how to tell my family about my recent diagnosis...

I'll never forget the sound of my mom saying 'oh no, oh no' over and over on the phone when I told her about my diagnosis.
