I'm worried I won't be able to have kids after treatment is over

I don't know how to help my best friend who navigated cancer, seemingly by herself. I am too scared to ask but am learning to be okay with just knowing I'm here for her.

Scarred from surgery, going through chemo and bald, did not feel sexy - let alone had no sex drive.

It’s frustrating that asking my parents for help, in my early 30s, made them think I’m a teenager/child again.
